Turn the opportunity into a clear AI Agent Blueprint.
Before we build anything, we define exactly what the AI Agent should be, who it should serve, what it should know, what it should help people accomplish, and where its responsibilities should stop.
The eight Blueprint components
Purpose — why should this Agent exist?
Audience — who is it designed to serve?
Job — what should it help people accomplish?
Knowledge — what approved information does it need?
Boundaries — what should it not answer, do, decide, or access?
Escalation — when should a human step in?
Ownership — who manages and approves the Agent?
Success — how will we know the Agent is helping?
Audience within Define
The Blueprint identifies the Agent's primary Audience Groups. When audiences have meaningfully different responsibilities, knowledge levels, communication needs, or access permissions, Simple Social may create Audience Group Profiles. Not every Agent needs multiple Audience Group Profiles.
Your organization
Participates in the Blueprint process, confirms the intended Audiences, and reviews the final definition.
Simple Social
Guides the Blueprint process, translates organizational needs into Agent requirements, and determines whether deeper Audience Group Profiles are useful.
